Archives Steering Committee Guidelines

The WSEA Archives Steering Committee Works closely with the Area Archivist to collect, organize, store, maintain and display historical files and materials pertinent to the Washington East Area Assembly and to A.A. in general. The six-member Committee shall be available to give counsel and advice to the Archivist in carrying out the duties of the Area Archivist. The Steering Committee members should be available to attend WSEA Archives Quarterlies, Steering Committee Meetings, and Work Days at the Archives Repository. The Committee should be available to assist the Archivist with the travel display, set-up and security.

The personal expenses that the Steering Committee incurs in carrying out its duties ( lodging, meals, travel ) are not funded.
