Background   Historically appointed officers have had to arrange lodging on their own, sometimes staying with one of the fellowship or a motel if it is too far to commute home on the same day. Sometimes host districts have shouldered this responsibility. The Area does reimburse appointed officers mileage to and from the committee quarterly.

If Passed   Appointed officer's meals and lodging would be reimbursed. The Area budget would have to be reviewed and changed to accommodate this responsibility.
