Background   Currently the newsletter goes to Area officers, appointed chairpersons, DCMs and GSRs of home groups at Area cost. Past Delegates also receive copies. The motion seeks to encourage participation by districts to send material for inclusion in the newsletter.

If Passed   District newsletter chairs (correspondents) also would receive newsletters. The cost would amount to 21 more copies and postage monthly.
